Can I resend a welcome email to a new user?

If you've invited new users to join the platform the link to join the LMS and set a password will expire after 72 hours. 

If you need to resend the invite to an individual:

Head to the users list

Find the person you'd like to resend the invite to and click the "resend welcome email" button: 

The welcome email will be sent to that user with another 72 hour link. 

If you need to resent the invite to a group of users: 

Head to the users list

Select all the users you would like to bulk resend, the button will appear at the top of the list: 

Once you've ticked all users you'd like to resend the email to, press the button and the system will resend the invite to all selected with another 72 hour link.
