Can I amend the Welcome email for new users?

This article is for users with Training Manager, Champion or Group Admin access. 



Unfortunately the template is set for the welcome email as it is the same for all customers using the LMS platform. 

If you want to send a personal welcome, we recommend setting a temporary password for your staff and sending an email from your internal communications.
