This is an optional function. If you'd like to use it, let the helpdesk know and we can turn it on for you.
If you have a user whose result on the reports doesn't reflect the expected status, you can now update the status or reset the status from the training manager platform.
Please note that in force passing a user, you are accepting responsibility that the user has completed the training and sufficiently understood the content.
Head to the courses tab and click the "reset/pass button."
Select if you are resetting the status, or updating it to show a passed result for the user/s. Choose the date you would like the passed result to be assigned to.
The next step is to select the courses you'd like to update. You can choose up to 5 titles in one update cycle.
Once you've chosen the titles, you can then select the users you'd like to update. You can select up to 10 users in one update cycle.
Once you've made the choices. You'll have a review screen where you can check that the users and courses are correct against the date you are updating the status for. Once you're happy with your choices, select the tick box and then click submit.
The status will be updated straight away, with any associated certificates also updating for the user too.
If you have a large volume of users to update, you can get in touch via the Helpdesk (helpme@iamlearningcontent.com) to bulk update on your behalf.
