You can see the certificates a user has unlocked from their profile in the training manager platform.
If you'd like to see the certificates a user has obtained, head to their profile under the users area. You can choose the certificates button next to the users name:
Alternatively click "edit user" and you can select the certificates tab from the side bar.
You should see the certificates option from the side menu in their profile. Click into it and you'll be able to see all the certificates for that specific learner.
You can also access the certificates from the reporting page.
Once you have filled in the criteria you need, you will now see the reports have the option to download certificates where available.
If you are able to access the certificate - you will see this button next to their profile: 
You can also bulk download certificates using the tick boxes down the left hand side of the report.
