How can I bulk upload users?

Managing your users in bulk.

You can bulk upload users using the platform and the CSV template. You can find this template when you click the "bulk upload" button.

As a minimum, what you would need to include in the template:

• Full name of user
• email address of user
• The name of the group you would like the user to be added to, a user can be added to more than one group
• If you would like a user to be the administrator of a group, and allow them to manage that group only, you can indicate this on the template

You also have the choice of sending out a welcome email. If you turn this on, all users will be automatically notified as soon as you press save. If you decide not to use it, you can use your own company emails to notify users of the platform at a time you are ready to. 

Once you've completed the form you can upload it yourself or send it to helpme@iamlearningcontent.com and someone from the team can do this for you.
