Understand how you can switch content on and off for your users.
If you are not using groups
If you don't have any groups set up, you can manage your content from the "courses" tab. To turn a course on, make sure that it is ticked and then press save.
All users will be able to see a course once it is switched on.
Likewise, to turn a course off, untick your selection and save.
If you are using groups
Navigate to the group you would like to manage and then make your selection by ticking and then pressing save.
If a user is in more than one group, and a course is turned on in more than one group, the user will only see one instance and only need to pass the course once.
If you are using parent/child groups
If you'd like all the child groups to take the course, you can turn it on in the parent group and it will appear across all associated child groups. Child groups will not be able to turn off courses that are turned on in the parent group.
If you just need a single child group to complete the course, you will need to navigate to the child course list to turn it on.
You can turn courses on and off as many times as you like, there is no limit.
