How do I reset my password?

If you are experiencing issues logging in and your credentials are not working, it is important to double-check if you have accidentally made any typing errors. Be cautious when copy/pasting your credentials into the login box, as any spaces that are copied along with them can cause your login attempt to be invalid.

If your account is connected to your email address, you can simply click on the "forgot password" link on the login screen. This will trigger an email to be sent to you with clear instructions on how to reset your password.

In the event that your login is not associated with an email inbox, you can reach out to your line manager as a first step. They have the ability to log in to your account and change the password on your behalf. When you log in again, you will be prompted to create a new password that is both private and secure.
