How do I run a progress summary report?

Progress summaries can give you a good snapshot of where learning is going on. This is intended as a high level overview of your data.

This article is for Training Managers and Admins

You will find the Progress summary on the dashboard of your training manager profile.

Click the filters button on the left hand side of the page to get started:

You'll then have a number of options to select:

Courses

You must select at least one course for the summary to run. You can select as many courses as you wish for this view. 


Groups

You must select at least one group for the summary to run. You can select as many groups as you would like. 


Progress

You will need to select at least one level of progression for the system to show you. 

Please note, the more courses/groups/progress options you select, the longer an update may take to run. You can reduce this by running smaller updates with batches of groups, or reducing the number of courses you select. 

If you want to see more detail around progression, you might prefer to run a report instead. 

 

Date range

If you would like to see a set date range, you can customise this. Alternatively, you can select from one of the quick date buttons for a determined time block. 

 

Once you have made all of your selections. Click update on the right hand side of the screen. You will see the progress summaries appear underneath the filter options.

If you click details, you will be able to see more information about your users progression. You can also export this information as a CSV file summary.

Progress summary data updates overnight, so any data you see will always be up to the day before you run the report.
