I've set a deadline - why do some users not see it?

If you set a deadline for a course that has been available to users for a while, it might be that the user has completed the course within a 12 month period. If that happens, the system will recognise this and not set the deadline for them to take the course again. 

If you have a course that you'd like everyone to take, you can check the system for completions within the last 12 months to see if anyone may have already completed it.
