This explains the different ways you can stop user access to the platform.
This article is for Training Managers
Freezing a user
When you freeze a user, it will block them from accessing their learning account and they will no longer appear in any training reports you generate. However, their data will still be stored in the background in case you need to unfreeze them in the future.
Deactivating a user
By deactivating a user, you prevent them from logging into their learning account. However, they will still be visible in reports, which can be helpful for maintaining historical training records for audit purposes.
Deleting a user
Deleting a user not only prohibits them from accessing their learning account, but it also permanently removes all their learning data from the system. It's important to note that deleted data is not retained beyond the archive period, so it will be lost forever.
