Why are my users getting emails from the LMS platform?

The iAM Learning platform has several automated reminders that can be sent to your learners. 

Refresher emails:

For our courses that are IOSH approved and include a quiz (such as Our Health and Safety, Cyber Security, and Policy and Compliance Collections), there is a 12-month refresher option. This means that after 12 months from when the user completed the course, they will receive an automatic reminder to complete the course again.

Deadline reminders:

If you have set deadlines for your users, the system can send a notification once a deadline has passed, reminding them that they have overdue training to complete.

Certificates 

You can get a weekly email of completed certificates to a nominated email address. Please let the Helpdesk know the preferred email address and they can get this arranged for you. 

Personalised Reminders:

You also have the option to send reminders to your learners at any time. Simply go to your settings area and personalise the email to be sent out to all learners or a select few.
