Things to try when running reports and there is missing data that you know should be there.

When running your reports, if you aren't getting back a result that you know should be there here are a few things you can look at to ensure you're :
- Check the date range for the report you're running, if the user completed training outside of that window, it won't appear in the report.
- Check if the "attempts" toggle needs to be turned on or off (if someone has taken the course again, they may have a different result than the one you're expecting.)
- Ensure you've selected the statuses. A top tip is to select all status and then you can filter down to what you're looking for. If you run a report for ONLY failed attempts, you might see someone who has gone on to pass the training.
-If the course isn't appearing in the report at all, check that the user is still enrolled. If they can no longer access the course to complete it, you won't be able to see the data in the reports. All you need to do it re-enrol the user in the course and the data will appear.
