Understand why sometimes the system doesn't update when you retake a course.

If you've retaken a course with a quiz and a certificate at the end of it, you might find that the date of completion doesn't automatically update once you've completed the learning.
This will happen if you have scored the same in the quiz as your last attempt. If this happens, you don't need to worry, the system will do a sweep through all learning overnight and ensure that all the updates and new completion dates are added.
If you check back the following day, your certificate will have the updated completion date on it.
