Why is a previously completed course for my learner now missing when I run a report?

If you have removed a course from a user view then it will also exclude that data from a report, the system will think you don't need to associate that course with that user. 

This is often if you have moved a user to a different group, or if you have run a special campaign and then turned the course off. 

All you need to do is re-add the course to the users availability and you'll be able to see their data in any report you run for them.
